SEMA 2023: Ringbrothers 1969 Dodge Charger 'TUSK' Restomod!

The SEMA Show in Las Vegas is a showcase for crazy car creations every year, and this year has ring Brothers set standards again. The renowned custom car builder and parts manufacturer unveiled its latest creation, the “TUSK,” a stunning interpretation of the iconic 1969 Dodge Charger. At the heart of the TUSK is the heart, a 1.000 hp Hellephant engine. Limited to 100 units, the all-aluminum 426 ci (7,0 liter) supercharged V8 supplies the rear wheels with an insane amount of torque 1.300 Nm. He works hand in hand with you Bowler TREMEC T-56 Magnum six-speed manual transmissionto QA1 REV Series carbon driveshaft and a Strange Engineering Ford 9-inch rear axle.

Under the specially made two-piece carbon fiber hood, which features a hood grille milled from solid, the engine was moved 2,5 inches (6,35 cm) rearward for optimal weight distribution. And the look of the TUSK perfectly reflects Ringbrothers' high level of craftsmanship and precision. The front of the conversion presents itself with a one-piece carbon fiber surround and a milled chrome element that “Blind-Eye” grille emphasized. From handcrafted bumpers to custom air intakes, every detail has been considered to give the Charger a distinctive and timeless look.

Dakota Digital Gauges & Vintage Air Climate

Inside, the TUSK sets the tone with a luxurious bespoke interior by Upholstery Unlimited Leather seats continued, supplemented by one Carbon fiber console and a cool one “Pistol Grip” switch made of carbon fiber. Modern comfort meets retro style with features like a Gentex rear view mirror, Dakota Digital Ads and an Vintage Air Gen IV automatic climate control. The entire conversion, which required more than 5.000 hours, is not only a tribute to the second generation Charger, but also a testimonial to Ringbrothers' skills. As Jim and Mike Ring emphasize, the TUSK combines the aesthetics of a 20th century icon with state-of-the-art technology and perfect craftsmanship.
