After we recently this wicked Ford F-100 Pickup Restomod with 5.2-liter V8 we would like to show you a much friendlier copy. Again it is a Ford F-100 pickup and again it is powered by a V8 engine. And this example has also been completely restored and rebuilt and, thanks to the countless modern components, is a real one Restomod mutated. And with an unbelievable 650 hp, the beautiful legend is even stronger than the black one that had a Ford Racing GT350 Voodoo V8 under the hood. The current vehicle is equipped with an LT4-V8Crate engine with Wet sump equipped, which is used in a similar way in the Chevrolet Camaro. The tuner responsible for the vehicle Speedtech performance thus ensures an output of the mentioned 650 PS in combination with a huge 880 NM torque. This is made possible by a 1,7 liter compressor from Eaton, which runs at 20.000 rpm. delivers a stately 9 psi boost pressure.

Compared to the factory maximum of 170 hp from back then that is of course a huge leap. Incidentally, the truck was built in 1954 and has a beautiful BMW paint on the body. The Speedtech Performance team from Utah conjured up the rolling custom-made product with a cleaned body (No protective strips, retractable door handles, modified aprons in front and behind and so on.) in the more than 13 months of construction the BMW color "Snapper Rocks Blue". A paint that stands out wonderfully from the new radiator grille and the Forgeline forged wheels and looks perfect on the F-100. By the way, the new wheel set is equipped with Toyo Proxes slippers in the dimensions 305/25 R20 and 335/25 R20 and coupled to an adjustable chassis with Draco springs and Ridetech shock absorbers. The V8 gets its Meals Incidentally, from a fuel tank made of stainless steel and worth mentioning is of course the Wilwood sports brake system with perforated and slotted brake discs and black painted multi-piston calipers. The brand new chassis also houses a 9,0-inch rear axle with a 3,73 ratio and a Trac-Lok differential is also installed.

The cabin is also completely new!

As far as the cabin is concerned, the center console has an in-house Speedtech design and there was also leather-covered Bucket seats from a 2016 Ford Mustang. It continues with a handcrafted dashboard, specially adapted panels for the doors and a headliner made of suede. And so that the classic is also suitable as a daily driver, an Alpine sound system with touchscreen display is included and there is even a fully functional air conditioning system for hot summer days. Finally, it should be mentioned that the truck is equipped with an 8L90-E automatic transmission and continues to transfer its power to the rear wheels. And finally ... A light blue power dream!
