Today we have once again discovered a phenomenal one-off piece for you that shows how individual tuning can be done. Namely this so-called "Ford Super Bronco" by David Stockman which was initially equipped with a powerful 7,3-liter diesel V8 from a 1991 F-350 under the hood. Now, however, a 6-liter diesel V8 is installed. The vehicle consists of a cabin from the 2005 Ford F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab, there was the body from a 2001 Ford Excursion and for the drive, the builder relies on the front and rear axles of a 2012 F-250 4 × 4. Thus, the Super Bronco has all-wheel drive and even an electronic rear axle differential. Countless modifications to the body and frame were of course still required to connect the rear of the Excursion with the Super Duty. If you look at the pictures in the gallery at the bottom, you get an impression of how complex this conversion was, especially with regard to the welded-in suicide doors that ensure the extension of the cabin.

You could give many more details here until the entire body was as united as it is now. However, that would go beyond the scope! So we'd rather talk about the completely modernized front with a powerful chrome front apron, with a chrome grille and of course the bonnet including the power dome. The bonnet, the fenders or the large headlights are components of a Super Duty from 2008 and the chic radiator grille is even from a Super Duty from 2017. Here too, of course, an extremely large number of modifications were necessary to obtain a harmonious shape . And the changes to the rear are also extensive. Here, for example, reverse taillights of a 2017 F-150 are integrated into the side walls and the tailgate is decorated with a red light strip with "Super Bronco" lettering and a special tailgate insert.

The entire vehicle is painted in two colors and contrasted with subtle lines in orange. A completely black vehicle would certainly have been interesting or perhaps a variant in black and silver. But in the end that is of course a matter of taste. And the same goes for the cabin. Without a doubt it is an absolute eye-catcher, but whether the tons of cedar wood (Aromatic Cedar) should be everyone's taste is questionable. We like the two heated and ventilated Lincoln MKX leather seats with the “King Ranch” badge and the idea with the integrated Samsung tablet in the front and in the middle is cool.

And by the way, the dashboard of a Super Duty from 2017 is perfectly adapted to the interior. You have to get that done first, especially with regard to the built-in electronics. Half of the F-250 Super Duty is a Ford Excursion and 100% - technically - "not a Bronco"! You have to think about what kind of vehicle actually stands here. In any case a unique one!
