More is not possible: Mercedes-AMG A45 S as Black Series!

The chances that we will actually see a “Black Series” of the current Mercedes A-Class (177 series) at some point are very slim. Not that the current top model in the form of the AMG A 45 S 4MATIC + with 421 hp and 500 Nm torque, M139 four-cylinder turbo isn't enough, but a variant with around 500 hp and a significantly more aggressive look would of course be a very special highlight . And this is exactly the line of thought that the graphic designer Millergo had, who now posted a few virtual images of his very own interpretation of an AMG A45 S as a Black Series on Behance. And besides the fact that the pictures look incredibly real, the way they were converted is particularly fascinating. The vehicle could also have been manufactured by Mercedes engineers. The look is extremely aggressive, but if you look at the brand new one AMG GT Black Series with 730 PS on, then it is not unrealistic. In contrast to other manufacturers, Mercedes actually builds such hits.

The Black Series models from Mercedes-AMG are known for their consistent focus on the racetrack. And with a view to the virtual A45 S, that's probably the case here too. Millergo (Guillermo Ábalos Ventoso) ensures a significant lowering, he installed a heavy widebody kit with powerful fender flares all around, large front splitter on the apron, approaches for the side skirts, new hood with air intakes and a slightly modified roof spoiler. Not to forget an aggressive rear diffuser and a larger wheel set in an estimated 20 or even 21 inches is now installed on the A-Class. The glossy black lacquered ten-spoke alloy wheels are equipped with Toyo Proxes R888 semislicks and so it should go around the corner particularly quickly on the racetrack.

With 500 PS and 600 NM torque?

The graphic artist set the rest of the body dark (Window frames, Mercedes star, etc.) and thus the visual changes are essentially completed. And what are the virtual key data? Millergo does not indicate that. But we would like to give the A45S 500 PS and approx. 600 NM torque, which is certainly possible with chip tuning, improved cooling and a new twin-scroll turbo. Then the M2 CS would have to dress warmly. If we receive information from Mercedes that an A45 Black series is actually planned, there is of course an update for this report.
