Last December, tuner ABT Sportsline has a teaser for Audi RS4 + Avant (B9) published and noted that at the latest in January with the new is to be expected. And yesterday it was time and ABT has officially introduced the RS4 +. And what is different opposite the RS4-R which was presented in Geneva last year? Not much! The presentation vehicle is a specimen in beautiful Misano red that, apart from tiny changes to the aerodynamic kit (front spoiler with a slightly different shape), has everything that the RS4-R already had. In other words, there is also an increase in performance by means of an additional control unit to a maximum of 530 PS & 690 Nm and, if that's too much, you can also order a variant with 510 PS & 680 Nm.

It goes from 0 to 100 km / h in just 3,8 seconds and the electronic locking of the top speed is now history. The RS4 + runs 280 km / h. This is acoustically underpinned by an in-house sports exhaust system with a flap function that sits in the ABT rear diffuser with four carbon tailpipes. The body also has carbon front blades, a roof edge spoiler, a front grill frame with RS4 + logo and wheel arch ventilation with carbon fins. And there is nothing new with the aluminum rims either. ABT either delivers 20 inch ABT SPORT GR forged rims or those who want it a size larger can install the 21 inch aero wheelset from RS5-R.

This is then equipped with slippers in the format 275/25 ZR21 and sits thanks to adjustable thread springs (optionally available is a coilover suspension) perfect in the wheel arch. And Last but not least one has also made the interior. There are partial leather seats with RS4 + badge, the well-known ABT gear knob cover and chic seat backs made of carbon are available. Small details such as the in-house floor mats, the door sills or the optional carbon seat shells complete the interior. The RS50 +, limited to 4 pieces, will be available from March this year and is one of the few ways to get a new RS.
Audi currently does not deliver RS4 +
Audi currently does not deliver any RS models due to the strict WLTP requirements. But the tuner from the Allgäu has secured several existing vehicles, which means that from March 2019 delivery can be made without any problems. And if you already have an RS4 of the current series, you can of course have it converted. But you should expect just under € 29.000 plus RS4 Avant. If we receive timely information on further changes not mentioned so far, there will of course be an update for this report. - Tire format 275 / 25 ZR21 (for 21 inch alloy wheels)
- individual interior (partial leather seats with RS4 + lettering, ABT gear knob cover, seat backrests made of carbon, floor mats, door sills, optional seat shells in carbon)
- Carbon body kit (front lip, front blades, roof spoiler, rear apron insert, front grill frame with RS4 + logo, wheel arch ventilation with carbon fins, leather steering wheel with carbon inserts)
- Lowering (KW coil springs, ABT sport stabilizers, optional ABT coilover kit)

News from 01.03.2019
ABT Sportsline will also be taking an Audi RS4 + Avant in acid green at the Geneva Motor Show. The vehicle stands on the well-known ABT GR forged wheels in 20 inches and the green cast extends right down to the interior. Here, the hand stitched leather upholstery shows everywhere with a green stitched seam and of course there was also a lot of carbon here.
