Resurrection - New De Tomaso Pantera as ARES Design 'Project Panther'

He is an absolute classic: The De Tomaso Pantera (1971 to 1974) the first series and also the second series as De Tomaso Pantera GTSi (1990 to 1993). And now the tuner ARES Design (ARES Performance) wants to bring the classic into the 21st century. The first virtual pictures are extremely promising and the vehicle published under the code name "Project Panther" is likely to generate a lot of interest. However, not much is known yet. We know that supposedly the 5,2-liter V10 engine of the Lamborghini Huracán is supposed to be installed and the seven-speed dual clutch transmission, as well as the all-wheel drive, are donated by the Italian. So it is not far from assuming that the aluminum and carbon fiber chassis of the Huracán will also be used. But we cannot say for sure!

Visually, the Project Panther impresses with its retro design elements in combination with modern LED daytime running lights, fold-out main headlights or an engine cover made entirely of carbon. The vehicle could possibly be built in the new production facility in Modena. According to ARES, Project Panther is currently in the process of completing the design, aerodynamics and various crash tests. The first deliveries should take place next year, although no more precise price details are known yet. We are already looking forward to the finished vehicle and will of course inform you as soon as we have the first facts & pictures. You will be informed about the update when you get ours Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
