Video: V8 LS1 engine in the BMW Z3 Roadster!

A BMW Z3 Roadster with a LS1 Chevrolet V8 under the hood? Is there! This video is the proof. And we really like the German-American combination. The video is from The Smoking Tire and shows a Z3 Roadster, which instead of the 1,9-liter four-cylinder has an ultra-fat LS1-V8 has under the hood. This performs around 450 PS, which is more than twice as much as the old engine. And weighing only 1,45 tons the roadster is hardly any heavier than before. Incidentally, the engine is coupled to a Six-speed manual and there was one that was changed Suspension, a stronger one Bremsanlage and new ones too Tubes are raised. And how does the custom BMW Z3 Roadster drive? The video shows that! Have fun with it.

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
