Surely you can still exactly on the Dark Knight BMW i8 with Energy Motorsport Bodykit remember it? In addition to the well-known variants of 3D design or Vorsteiner It is especially the Energy Motorsport Kit that caused a stir and the team Garage Eve-Ryn has already been installed on several vehicles. Of course, all the components are typical japanese conspicuous, but somehow this all fits perfectly with the likewise quite conspicuous I8. And for the year 2018, the Osaka (Japan) -based tuner has again provided an I8 with the body kit and we can not hide this of course.
The body kit comes on request in carbon and this includes a completely redesigned front bumper, pretty conspicuous fender flares all around which also have indicated air vents and matching side skirts. And even the rear has almost nothing to do with the series because here there is a two-piece and particularly eye-catching rear wing and a newly designed bumper. The highlight of this vehicle is the new wheelset from the house Forgiato Wheels which is definitely an alternative to the ENERGY Individual TYPE4 (license from BBS) wheelset at the i8 linked above and is especially convinced by its BMW i-Blue paint finish.
It is the type Ventoso ECK which is installed in an estimated 21 inches and thanks to a significant lowering, especially on the rear axle, partly disappears in the wheel arch. There have been no changes to the power of the 170 kW 1,5 liter in combination with the 96 kW electric motor and we are currently not aware of any changes in the interior. What is certain, however, is that, in our opinion, the Energy Motorsport Bodykit is one of the most striking and somehow the most successful variant for the i8 hybrids.
