KW Track Performance – new developments for the race track
KW has this especially for the BMW M Trackday community V4 Clubsport coilover kit thoroughly revised. One of the innovations: The MacPherson front axle struts are now in Upside down execution Produced with a 40 mm plain bearing damper cartridge. "Our KW upside-down Clubsport struts come from our developments for the BMW M4 GT4 racing car. The KW V4 Clubsport coilover kit costs EUR 7.336, the KW V5 Clubsport coilover kit costs EUR 10.370. "We recommend the Clubsport versions for those who regularly at the track are on the road and want to counteract the rapid wear and tear on the BMW M2 front axle caused by the constant changes of direction, tight corners and high cornering speeds.“ All four coilovers offer one stepless lowering: 20 to 35 millimeters at the front, 15 to 30 millimeters at the rear.
BBS CI-R Unlimited wheels - perfect complement for the M2
On the BMW M2 from the pictures also come the BBS CI-R wheels in white gold with red Collision protection ring for use. The flow-forming wheelset has a size of 10×20 inches at the front and 11×21 inches at the rear and the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S measure 285/30ZR20 and 305/25ZR21. The BBS Unlimited wheels are manufactured exclusively with a bolt circle of 5×117,5 and with matching wheel hub adapters and centering rings adapted to the bolt circle 5×112 of the BMW M2. The result is one Offset of 23 millimeters on the front axle and 22 millimeters on the rear axle.
