If you're a fan of classic muscle cars but don't want to sacrifice modern performance and technology, we've got good news for you. There's a way to get the best of both worlds: a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat with the looks of a 1968 Dodge Charger. Sounds too good to be true? Well, it's true - thanks to the tuner eXoMod Concepts. The eXoMod Concepts team is a company that specializes in transforming modern Challengers into retro-stylish Chargers. The project for this is called C68 Carbon and in the case of the vehicle from the pictures, the conversion is based on a 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. Equipped with a 717 hp, supercharged 6,2-liter Hemi V8 under the dual-scoop hood and on classic 20-inch Forgeline Rodster rims.

But that's not all: all of the outer sheet metal has been removed and replaced with a bespoke carbon-fiber body that's unique to the one-of-a-kind (every vehicle is unique) gives the appearance of a classic 1968 Charger. The carbon body is not only visually appealing, but also functional: it makes the Challenger 181 kg lighter than the original. It also shows curved body parts and completely new design lines that give the Challenger an elegant and at the same time sporty silhouette. The conversion from the pictures is named in the historically inspired shade of purple Plum Crazy Pearl painted and has other retro modifications, including a louvered grille, a carbon strip on the rear, electrically opening headlight flaps and a silver border. The interior of the C68 Carbon, on the other hand, remains largely unchanged and continues to offer the full comfort with Katzkin Amaretto leather and the equipment of a modern Challenger SRT Hellcat.

the vehicle is currently for sale

Equipment includes adaptive Bilstein suspension, six-piston Brembo brakes and 15,7-inch discs in front, an infotainment system with an 18-speaker system from Harman Kardon and, of course, the famous red start button. If you're interested in this one-of-a-kind specimen, you're in luck: it's currently up for sale on the auction site Bring a trailer. The bid is currently $182.500 and the auction ends Monday, May 29 at 14 p.m. So if you want a Challenger Hellcat with the charm of a vintage Charger, you should act fast - because there is currently only this one for sale.
