G-Power BMW X5 (G05) tuning: More power and a stealth design!

The BMW G-Power, which is next to the X5 Stealth optics miss a sharp increase in performance, a violent boost. The PRE-Facelift X5 shown is particularly impressive with its tuned V8 engine. The BiTurbo 4.4-liter was made to be fierce 670 PS & 900 Nm torque trimmed. This means it significantly exceeds the performance of the standard M50i model of the G05 X5, which has to be content with “only” 530 HP & 750 Nm as standard. The comparison with this is interesting X5M Competition, whose 4.4-liter V8 BiTurbo “only” 625 PS and 750 Nm torque liefert.

The G-Power tuned X5 should accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h just as quickly, if not faster, than the top model. And if you look at the successor, the X5 M60i, it makes this possible with its 530 PS and 750 Nm torque an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4,2 seconds. But back to the tuned example from G-Power: For the additional power, which is achieved, among other things, by a removed V-Max limiter including chip tuning, a new Exhaust system, which improves the sound of the V8 and a few other extras, requires G-Power at least 12.520 EUR.

But also others performance improvements are available for the M50i version of the G05 X5 from G-Power. And the 40i variants can also be made a little more powerful if desired, with tuning from G-Power. Visually, the tuned X5 relies on pure understatement from the pictures, as we think. He presents himself with discreet Carbon components all around, a new one Sports exhaust system including new tailpipes, various Rims and in a matt black.
