Knaus Tabbert GmbH

The Lower Bavarian company of Knaus Tabbert GmbH consists of a total of six companies. The coachbuilder Alfred Tabbert made 1934 the start in Schweinfurt. It followed the Knaus KG, based in Marktbreit 1960, the first big hit was the caravan Swallow Nest by 1961, this was also the hallmark, a flying pair of swallows, placed. Furthermore, the companies Karosserewerke Weinsberg, Morelo and Rest and Travel belong to the group. With this strong association, the GmbH can draw on well-founded and wide-ranging expertise in the field of caravans and motorhomes, which has developed steadily and sustainably since its founding. Autotuning fans will not get their money's worth as the group specializes in recreational vehicles. Nevertheless, the caravans enjoy a group of trailers as a welcome form of tuning. The Knaus Tabbert GmbH was also honored for the outstanding company culture with the LUPO 2017, which stands out above all through communicative cooperation, respect and helpfulness. This prize was awarded by the German Caravaning Trade Association (DCHV).
