The Maserati GranTurismo S is not just a sports car, but an Italian masterpiece that combines performance and beauty in a unique way. Under the hood of the GranTurismo S waits 4,7 liter V8 on his strength from 440 PS & 490 Nm Torque develops at 4.750 rpm, a significant increase over the 405 hp of the standard GranTurismo. And that in GranTurismo S built MC-Shift transmission, which takes its name from the Maserati Corse (MC) racing department, is more than just a transmission. In sport mode, and especially when operated manually, it becomes apparent that it has been designed to shift gears in just 100 milliseconds switch. It delivers an acoustic experience that is characterized by the typical Maserati sound excels as soon as it is turned over 5.000 rpm. And there is also a difference between them when it comes to handling GranTurismo S and the basic GranTurismo clearly.
