Mazda is known to be the only car manufacturer that still sticks to the rotary piston engine. Only recently the latest generation of the Japanese rotary engine was presented, which now serves as a range extender in the otherwise purely electrically operated MX-30. Of course, the car company from Hiroshima has a long tradition in the production of cars with the unusual engine principle and sports cars such as the RX-7 have now matured into sought-after classics and icons of Japanese automobile construction. Today we would like to introduce you to a copy that was modified by the tuner Kohei Miyata in Japan and is doing its rounds there.
Subtle tuning on the classic!

The interior is sporty!

13B rotary engine with turbocharging drives the coupe!
The two-disc rotary piston engine with the internal code 13B generates thanks Turbokit of the Trust TD06-25G type as well as an ECU remapping by Apexi Power, an N-stage custom intercooler and various other modifications, a whopping 350 HP. In addition, it generates an acceptable torque of 345 Newton meters. We are not aware of any details about the exact driving performance, but the power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission.
