Tuning legend from Japan - the Mazda RX7 Coupe

At least after the successful Fast and the Furious series, the Mazda RX7 is known and loved by the auto tuning fans. Find out why the Mazda RX7 is a good basis for tuning.
The Mazda RX7 is a two-door sports car that looks classy and elegant despite its performance-oriented look. Since the Mazda RX7 is a very rare vehicle on our roads, even small interventions in the vehicle are enough to get attention in the tuning scene. Black rims, a little bit of carbon and a few racing features are enough to put this import sportsman in the limelight and draw people's gaze. The Mazda RX7 came in four series. The last series is called FD3S and was produced between 1991 and 2002.

The Mazda RX7 has been steadily developed and improved, making the fourth series the best series. The forced-breathing turbo engine 13B-REW rotary engine was also improved. In the fourth series, the engine brought it to an output of 206 kW, which corresponds to approximately 280 PS. The fourth series of Mazda RX7 brings maximum torque of 314 Nm at 5000 rpm on the road. The fourth series was thus the strongest series. But not only performance-wise, the Mazda RX7 was optimized, but also got a larger-sized brake system and sport seats ex works. In Germany, the fourth series of the Mazda RX7 was distributed only from 1992 to 1996.

The reason for this was new emission regulations, which resulted in the ban on the Mazda RX7. A registration as a new car would not have been possible. The Mazda RX7 was not cheap with a hefty price of 80.000 DM, which is why he did not sell often. Rarities are very popular in the autotuning scene, because attracting attention is of great importance here. And let's be honest, when did you ever really see an original RX7? It has not happened to us yet. At least a subtle lowering or a new set of alloy wheels has to offer almost every RX7 on our roads. And hardly anyone will not faint at the sight of a tuned Mazda RX7.

Of course that had not happened yet!
