Tuner Carlsson has taken on the Mercedes-Benz E63s AMG of the W213 series. As is well known, the Stuttgart sedan comes ex works as the AMG E 63 S 4MATIC + with a brilliant 612 PS & 850 Nm of torque and accelerates to 3,4 km / h in just 100 seconds. And if you order the so-called Driver's Package the propulsion is only pushed forward electronically at 300 km / h. Actually enough power and enough speed to be beyond any doubt. The Carlsson team seems to see it completely differently. They grabbed the E-Class and are giving it an increase in performance to a hefty 740 PS & 1.200 Nm of torque.
3,1 seconds at 100 km / h
Thus, the Stuttgart flies in only 3,1 seconds at 100 km / h and everything is underpinned by a hellish soundscape of the in-house sports exhaust system with flap function. And visually, a lot has happened. Carlsson developed a carbon aerodynamic package that subtly underlines the E63s in just the right places. The body kit includes a filigree spoiler lip for the AMG front apron and the grille with a large Carlsson emblem. In the side view you can see small straps for the fenders that set the factory V8 emblem in the limelight and there are also changes at the rear.

Here, Carlsson developed a very present spoiler lip for the tailgate and the visual highlight is the sporty diffuser insert in the AMG apron. It distinguishes itself with striking Finns and encloses the already mentioned sports exhaust system with its carbon tailpipes including Carlsson badge. And at the rear now the emblem of the tuner enthroned instead of the Mercedes star. Another highlight is of course the new wheelset. Here Carlsson installed the forged wheel 1 / 10 EVO forged, which can be seen on the presentation vehicle in shiny black and in the dimensions 9 x 20 inch and 10,5 x 20 inch.

Especially with regard to the aerodynamics package, Tuner Carlsson offers an interesting alternative for the Mercedes-Benz E63s AMG 4Matic Brabus, Lorinser & Co. on their feet.
