Skoda Octavia RS with V8 alla Ford Mustang "Eleonore"?

Does this brand new Skoda Octavia RS have the V8 from the Eleonore from "Fast and Furious"? Not quite, but the first glance might suggest so. All you can see here is a new Belgian police vehicle. The Octavia (by the way, TDI) was tuned to catch criminals. An ANPR system was installed on the hood that can read license plates and compare them for identification.
