G-Power tuning to 800 hp for the Mercedes-AMG G63 (W 463A)

The Mercedes-AMG G63 is undoubtedly an impressive vehicle that already causes a stir in the standard version with its 585 hp and a torque of 850 Nm. But what happens when a well-known tuner like G-Power puts its hands on the cult SUV? The result is a G63 AMG that exceeds every expectation and impresses with an increase in performance to an incredible 800 hp and 1050 Nm of torque. The spectacular G63 (W 463A) has been transformed into a real performance beast by G-Power. The standard G63 AMG is already a high-performance off-road vehicle with a 4,0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that delivers impressive performance. But G-Power believed there was still room for improvement.

The power increase to 800 hp and 1050 Nm was achieved through a number of changes to the engine. These include sports downpipes, improved turbochargers and an in-house sports exhaust system (GP Deeptone) with three tailpipes mounted on each side. The whole thing is rounded off by an in-house chip tuning, which optimizes the engine control and increases the performance even further. In addition to the increase in performance, G-Power has also given the G63 AMG a new pair of shoes.

The 23-inch HURRICANE RS forged wheels in black with orange accents perfectly match the aggressive exterior of the G63 and underline the high performance character. The impressive upgrade package for the G doesn't come without its price, however. The costs for the increase in performance amount to a whopping €18.582,49 - an amount that seems quite justified in view of the enormous increase in performance and the high-quality components.
