Madness: Porsche 911 reimagined by Singer - DLS Turbo!

"A dream becomes true!“ could be the motto of Singer Vehicle Design. The Los Angeles-based company has the Porsche 934 / 5 reinterpreted and thus brings us the automotive revival of the year. With the "Porsche 911 reimagined by Singer – DLS Turbo“ Singer manages to kindle the old Porsche spirit and to present a homage to the legendary 934/5. In the workshop of Rob dickinson, the founder of Singer Vehicle Design, created classic-looking Porsches based on the 964 series, which was originally produced from 1989 to 1993. The vehicles that Singer uses as the basis for her creations are vintage cars in and of themselves. Thanks to the (partially) careful restoration and modification by Singer, however, they have another two decades of effect older, and exude an incomparable elegance.

Painted in bright orange, this model features a large rear wing with high downforce, whose upper element is even adjustable, and a large one Splitter at the frontline. Its appearance is reminiscent of the typical Kremer racing cars and in particular the famous Kremer 935 K3.

Two versions, one dream: the Porsche 911 DLS Turbo

For those looking for more of a street car, Dickinson has the second version of the "Porsche 911 reimagined by Singer - DLS Turbo" on offer. The street version is in casual Moët Blanc painted and features a smaller rear spoiler and a street-oriented one front apron. But the best part is that the choice between the two versions is not final. If desired, the owner can both Aero configurations exchange to customize his Porsche 911 DLS Turbo as needed.

Technical masterpiece with 700 hp

As always, Singer's conversions are more than just cosmetic. The company also takes care of the technical aspects of the vehicles and misses them 3,8 liter six-cylinder engine a decent increase in performance. With maximum 700 PS at 9.000 revolutions per minute, the car offers a performance that is in no way inferior to the looks. A 6-speed manual transmission directs the power of the engine to the Rear wheels continue while the Carbon ceramic brake system ensures that the 911 DLS Turbo not only looks like a racing car, but also performs like one. With the revival of the Porsche 934/5, Singer has definitely written a new chapter in his success story.
