Have you ever heard of the tuner? TZproduktion heard from beautiful Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Bavaria? Not? Neither have we so far, but that will certainly change in the future! For the past Essen Motorshow, the tuner set up a project vehicle based on the brand new Audi RS5 B9 that is so far unique. The reason for the unique selling point is the fact that an Airride air suspension is installed in the Ingolstadt-based company, which no new RS5 has yet to show. It is the in-house TZ Air by Tz production with AccuAir Control that in collaboration with null bar The RS5 can be moved to the last millimeter in the direction of the road. In order to implement the installation, a lot of individuality had to be applied and the visual highlight is probably the 5-gallon tank of the system, which is laminated with carbon and painted. And what would such a vehicle be without a mega stylish wheelset - or two! For both types of rims you have the team of mbDESIGN GmbH & Co. KG and while the driver's side is convinced with dark KV1 rims, a multi-part KV3.3 wheelset is installed on the passenger side.
The dimensions are all around 21 inches and despite the stately dimensions, the wheel set sits breathtakingly perfectly in the wheel arch, even with the chassis completely lowered. The advantage of the system is of course the fact that the RS5 can be raised to a "mobile" level at any time, so there are hardly any impairments in everyday life. In contrast to the new chassis setup, the body was very discreet and we think so TZproduktion so that the right way has gone.
Front there was a shiny black painted Audi emblem and while the front without the typical RS5 lettering must get along the fender gills may wear the type designation. The Audi emblem on the rear, however, was removed and that should be it then. Definitely the nard gray painted RS5 was on the EMS Motor Show one of the absolute highlights and already we are curious what TZproduktion will do next.
There is not much more to say based on the little information that we have at the moment, so we leave it at the pictures and the cool CarP****. These are the changes to the RS5 B9:
- 2 x 21 inch mbDesign alloy wheels (KV1 left, KV3.3 right)
- black painted Audi emblem
- Fender gills with RS5 type designation
- Audi emblem removed at the rear
- Lowering Airride (tz Air air suspension with AccuAir Control in collaboration with zero cash)
- possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - more information is not available)
- possibly a sports exhaust system (more information is not available)
