Almost at the same time as the presentation of the new BMW 1er (Model generation F40), the Munich also presented the temporary top model M135i with M Performance Parts. Spiked with countless M Performance parts but you have to look more closely to be able to recognize that this is no Mix of a Mercedes A35 AMG A-Class and a Hyundai i30N trades. A little bit more independent could have become the 1er quite. And that also applies to the technical details. The standard four-wheel drive and the eight-speed automatic are certainly not bad, classic rear-wheel drive, a six-cylinder and an 6-gear manual transmission will definitely be missed in the scene.

At least now, the 1er series is a compact like any other. Whether this changes the aktornahe Radschlupfbegrenzung (ARB)? We will see! But now to M135i with M Performance Parts including new carbon look. He shows up with front splitter, small Aero Flicks right and left, sill swords, sporty rear diffuser and a large roof wing. In addition, small details such as the side mirror attachments, a foil and the Mesh mesh insert for the black kidneys. The optional 18 Zoll M Performance sports brake with bright red calipers ensures a high degree of stability even under extreme conditions. Made possible by the ventilated and perforated lightweight brake discs with 4-piston fixed calipers in front and on the rear axle to install smaller discs and single-piston calipers.

In front of the brake system, BMW straps various wheel sets in the dimensions 18 and 19 inch and can be seen here 19-Zoll-Rim Double-spoke 555 M in bi-color optics. And the cabin is also refined from the outset with M-Performance Parts. Door projectors are available that project three different logos onto the tarmac, a new M-steering wheel with Alcantara inserts with silver stitching and red 12 watch markings, paddles with carbon fiber or Velvet floor mats with M-color edging. With the launch of the 1er at the end of September, the new M Performance Parts are also available.
