And with two super sports cars that shine with Porsche elements, but still have their very own identity. The RUF R Spyder and the Ruf CTR3 Evo. Both based on the current one Porsche 911 (992). on the CTR3 Evo we will go into more detail below and there is information about the Spyder here. RUF CTR3 Evo Porsche 911

The Ruf CTR3, originally introduced in 2007, was loosely based on the Porsche Cayman and in its latest version has the CTR3 Club Sport further developed from 2012. The Evo variant stays true to the original concept, combining proven features with innovative upgrades.

The body made of a robust Kevlar composite material is made, shows itself in a new design, but remains unmistakably a reputation. And although it is based on Porsche elements, the CTR3 Evo its own accent, especially at the rear. With an impressive 3,8 liter boxer engine, the full 588 kW / PS 800 at 7.100 rpm. and a Torque of 990 Nm at 4.000 rpm. shakes out of the sleeve, the CTR3 makes every driver's heart beat faster. It is full of technical refinements, from the Dry sump lubrication about the variable valve control and direct injection. The brakes off carbon ceramic with a diameter of 15 inches are from Six-piston brake calipers taken under control. The CTR3 Evo also comes with a automatically extendable rear wing for use.

The rear axle also uses horizontally arranged struts in combination with the McPherson system on the front axle for the wheel suspension. And although Ruf the exact specs for the Evo version so far has not disclosed, the comparison with the CTR3 Clubsport suggests that it will go one step further in terms of speed.
