This one completely restored Defender comes from again ECD Automotive Design from Kissimmee, Florida. Of course, complete with the characteristics and changes requested by the customer. And one of the wishes was apparently one Corvette LS3 V8 under the hood. The vehicle has been trading as "Project Ransom" and is a fully restored and specially built Defender 110 with convertible top. Painted in glossy Green (Keswick Green Full Gloss) and in combination with many black accents the Englishman is set up discreetly. There are new ones to match the vintage look 16 inch Wolf rims in OEM style with BFG all-terrain tires built in and for more rigidity and safety is a Four-point convertible roll cage seen in the cabin. Small details like LED lights front and rear or electric steps underpin the comfort requirement of the noble renovation. Other changes outside are a classic front Grill and at the stern there is a fully-fledged swivel Spare wheel.
Vintage steering wheel and new instruments
Inside there is a Vintage evander wheel steering wheelNew Instruments and the rest of the cockpit is all about modernity and a luxurious atmosphere. This is made possible by heatable and ventilated, among other things Puma 9 seats front, a Apple CarPlay infotainment system (with premium JL audio sound) from Sony, USB connections and for the rear were even connected to a Air conditioning thought. The highlight of the interior is clearly that Leather seats in the Porsche nappa brown, even the two of them Benches in the hold covers. But let's come back to the engine. The LS3 in the engine compartment is on Six-speed automatic coupled and due to various modifications it went up from 430 hp to 565 horses. The chassis is a sports chassis with 1 inch lowering and the braking system comes from ALCON.
