One would think that the 367 PS & 465 NM torque in a compact like the Audi RS3 (8VA, since 2015) are completely sufficient and the thought of more power does not really arise! After all, it is possible to accelerate from 4,3-0 km / h in just 100 seconds and only at an electronically sealed 250 km / h (280 km / h) the propulsion is put to an end. But even Audi felt compelled to step up again in view of the competition from BMW M2 or Mercedes A45 AMG and this summer brings the RS3 with 400 PS & 480 NM torque. But how to do it properly Nails with heads power shows us the team from HPerformance. The tuner shows that even over 500 PS in the RS3 are not really a problem. For example, by means of individually manufactured software that contains all the wishes of the owner and was uploaded to the control unit. But not only the software brings the extreme performance boost but also a lot of changes to the hardware. Changed turbolder, the HPerformance "real90mm intake", Swiss downpipes, changed spark plugs and a significantly larger intercooler all ensure the performance plus. It goes without saying that the transmission control unit also has to be adapted (HPerformance takes care of this in conjunction with MTR Performance). A lot of changes that certainly ensure a significantly extreme acceleration, we would have to guess we would guess that the 3,5 second mark can be reached when sprinting from 0 to 100 km / h.
