Have you ever heard of the team? Star Performance heard from Hilden? The tuner has dared discreetly on the Mercedes-Benz AMG GTs and of course we would like to show you the result. The tuning package from Star Performance, for the 510 PS GTs, enables a sudden jump "above" the level of the significantly stronger, and recently presented, GTR, 585 PS are the benchmark and they are already using Stage 1 almost reached.
Using an upgrade turbocharger, a new downpipe and in-house chip tuning software and thus modified engine software, the AMG GTS even delivers an incredible 3 PS and 700 NM torque in Stage 800. For Stage 3, a sports exhaust system with valve control specially developed by Star Performance is required. But Stage 1 is already tough and enables 580 hp and 750 Nm of torque. Stage 2 lurks in the middle, which is good for 620 hp and 750 Nm, but as already mentioned, it brings the ultimate kick Stage 3.
And also the suspension dynamics have been revised once again tremendously. A KW coilover suspension variant 3 brings thanks to an individual race setup a few seconds of time on the racetrack and in conjunction with a black forged wheel in 20 inch front and 21 inch rear also an individual look compared to the series. Apart from the extra power as well as the new chassis setup is still a Werbefolierung attached to the Stuttgart which draws attention to Star Performance.
