The latest trend in recreational vehicles is the combination of retro design and modern comfort, like the Vanderer Citroën Berlingo Electric mini campervan. The vehicle is the result of a collaboration between the German motorhome dealer Caravan Grebner, the Stuttgart conversion specialist Vanderer and the Italian body manufacturer Caselani. The electric mini camper combines the timeless design of the classic Citroen 2CV Minivan with modern electromobility and sustainable innovation. The one designed by Caselani is particularly striking Retro body kit, which has the characteristic features of the 2CV Berlingo highlights: a rounded one front section, round headlights, a striking one M-shaped grille, a new Hood as well as corrugated iron-like ones sides and Rear doors.

Caravan Grebner plans to turn the charming mobile home into one limited edition of 200 vehicles as part of the in-house Retro camper series to offer. However, prices and final technical details are not yet known. With the unmistakable, retro-inspired exterior and the mix of Vintage look, modern comfort and functionality on the inside, the mini camper is a charming homage to the past and at the same time shows the great potential for innovation in the field of camper vans.
