India's first Stage 2 VW Virtus 1.0 TSI delivers 145 hp!

From India's lively tuning scene, this video shows what is said to be the country's first VW Virtus 2 TSI modified to Stage 1.0. With an output of 145 PS & 250 Nm torque, the Wolfsburg is quite strong. It was modified by Venom Performance and Check Engines Hyderabad and their modifications went beyond simple chip tuning. Starting with a high performance air filter from BMC, the car's breathing has been optimized. A downpipe with a 2,5-inch tube and a Borla rear silencer also take the sound to a new level. The list of engine modifications is rounded off by Venom Performance level 2 chip tuning. In the end, the 1.0 TSI roughly achieves the performance of the Virtus GT with a 1.5 EVO engine. Visually, there was a set of Lenso Jager-Dyna alloy wheels with Michelin Primacy tires and Cobra lowering springs so that it does not float too high above the asphalt.

Don't worry, of course that was far from being the case when it came to auto / auto tuning. Our magazine still has tens of thousands other tuning reports in stock. Do you want to see them all? Then just click HERE and look around. Or you can read through the following thematically appropriate vehicle reports. Another interesting vehicle is sure to be included.

About Thomas Wachsmuth

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
