The Tuningworld Bodensee 2017, the meeting of tuning enthusiasts, will take place this year on the long weekend from April 28th to May 01st. Admission is €14 for the day ticket (reduced €12), €25 for the 2-day ticket. A family ticket is available for €32 and is valid for 2 adults and their children. The discount applies to children aged 6-14, schoolchildren, students, people with disabilities, ADAC members and groups of 20 people or more. Children under 6 years of age have free entry. The tuning fair is an integral part of the calendar of tuning friends from all over Germany, guests come from all over Europe.

over 1.000 vehicles

Last year, not only were over a thousand vehicles of all classes exhibited at Lake Constance, but also many, more or less known as celebrities, gave themselves the honor. Even the infamous race Gumball 3000 last year made a stopover in Friedrichshafen, so that visitors to the fair could admire the vehicles. A highlight at the evening event was certainly the choice for Miss Tuning, which will again be very popular this year.

And anyone who knows the calendar knows that it was worth it. Everyone else missed something, but this can be made up for this year. The lowrider show is also a highlight of the fair. Here the boys and girls show how to make cars dance. The vehicles were specially prepared for this purpose and are controlled by remote control. It's not about speed, it's about the height of the jumps or the elegance. An idea worth seeing. This year the organizers are confident that they will be able to break the 100.000 visitor mark.

are there more than 100.000 visitors?

But the peaceful visitors to the family-friendly trade fair will probably once again lead to long traffic jams around the exhibition center and Friedrichshafen in 2017. Due to its location on Lake Constance and far away from any motorway, visitors have no choice but to queue at the back of the traffic jam and show patience. This will then be rewarded with plenty of high-horsepower cars and the finest tuning. There will also be a performance show of the sound systems. This shows that the terms 'loud' and 'too loud' do not mean the end of Scala.

About Thomas Wachsmuth

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
