420 hp turbo upgrade through optimization level 3! With the implementation of optimization level 3, this succeeds TurboZentrum a 420 hp turbo upgrade for the Opel Astra OPC and the Insignia. Depending on the model, the A20 NFT & NHT engine can deliver between 220 and 280 hp, such as in the Opel Astra J OPC, in the Insignia A and in the Saab 9-3 / 9-5. With Stage 3, however, the performance potential of the turbo is only really maximized, so that an output of over 420 hp is achieved. The TurboCenter concentrates on optimizing the fresh air and exhaust gas side of the turbocharger and thus exploits the turbo's capabilities.

This has a variety of high-performance changes such as a new exhaust shaft, a milled standard exhaust housing and a larger, also milled high-performance compressor wheel. Thanks to the gap optimization of the series compressor housing and the precise fine balancing of the core group, each turbo is equipped with high-quality bearings and emergency running properties (except for ball bearings). In addition, the Turbosmart Straight Gate50 can withstand temperatures of up to 1.300 °C and is equipped with springs from 6 to 42psi. The external valve is available both vacuum and electrically controlled!
