Hennessey planned to unveil the Venom F5 on August 18 during Monterey Car Week. But surprise! We already have all the information about him F5 Revolution Roadster, 10 days before his big show at The Quail. Hennessey Venom F5 Revolution Roadster
In the picture you only saw a part, but it looks exactly like that F5 Revolution Roadster, which we can now admire, including the cool ones black and yellow look. Anyone who knows the F5 Revolution will not be impressed by the Roadster's visual appeal.
He has fatter ones Splitter, a mega wings rear and cool Spoiler front. And although it's a convertible, of course there's one air duct for the engine – great cinema! The Roof is made of carbon and inside with Alcantara refined. According to Hennessey, it is easy to remove and weighs only 8,2 kilos. The roadster has reportedly been pimped up a lot compared to the coupe, although they don't really reveal what's different. But the 6,6-liter twin-turbo V8 is the old one: 1.842 PS and over 482 km / h peak. So far, however, no one has tried to break the top speed with the bullet.
And with all that aero stuff, it's questionable if he'll actually make it anyway. Hennessey will only 12 build from the Roadsters for 3 million dollars (about 2,7 million euros) each – and they're all gone! Facebook post suggests Michael Jordan bagged first. Is that true? I don't know, Hennessey won't tell. But one thing is certain: Every F5 Revolution Roadster becomes a Unique. Incidentally, the car shown is only one of five models with visible carbon and yellow highlights. If we get more information, there will of course be an update for this report.
