The world of consumer electronics in cars is changing rapidly. In the past it was only car radios and sound systems that were often retrofitted in tuning vehicles, today it is large infotainment systems with huge monitors that not only play music, but also have countless online functions up to digital TV reception. Even production vehicles sometimes have gigantic 40-inch curved LED displays and similar gimmicks in the interior. The right in-car entertainment is becoming an increasingly important factor in the automotive sector. The German tuner also wanted to follow this trend Manfred Stengl not withdraw and created a vehicle that underlines the diversity of the Alpine brand. his VW Passat CC we would like to introduce you today.
Clean, blue eye-catcher!
Of course, the matt blue finish immediately catches the eye! Many will be surprised that the electronics brand Alpine uses a similar shade of blue as the French sports car brand of the same name from the Renault group when it comes to promotional vehicles. But that's just a coincidence, because the companies of the same name have no connection to each other.
The front was complete cleared and the VW logo disappeared from the grille. In addition, the Volkswagen got a KW V2coilover including one HLS drop kit. The wheel/tire combination is exceptional as the car is fitted with 20 inch Audi A8L alloy wheels. The size of the mounted Pirelli tires is 235/30 R20. To the side skirts Alpine stickers can also be found and the exhaust system has also been revised. Now a sport exhaust from Pfeffer Car Design provides a sonorous sound.
There is a disco feeling in the interior!
The car's seats have been upholstered in custom leather with Alpine logos and the headliner is made entirely of Alcantara. But that's not all, because wherever you look you will find speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers and even more speakers that cover the entire range of sound and audio tuning. This is how it becomes Passat CC a disco on four wheels.
