He is the official successor to the legendary GTS, CSL, Sport Evolution or GT special models from BMW. Of the BMW M4 F82 CS with on 460 PS strengthened S55B30 BiTurbo six-cylinder. He is thus stronger than a normal M4 and also a few kilograms lighter and closes the gap to the limited M4 GTS. With a curb weight of only 1580 kg (30 kg lighter than a normal M4) the CS even brings a new nomenclature and order into the BMW hierarchy. While the "normal" M4 model forms the basis, it is followed by the Competition Line (M4 Competition Package) and above it comes the CS Sport model (M4 CS) and right at the top is the M4 GTS.
But this is exactly where the tuner G-Power now comes off the throne, at least if it is a standard copy and not the modified one G-Power GTS with 615PS. But the G-Power CS comes damn close to this. Thanks to in-house chip tuning plus changes to the hardware, there is a whopping increase in performance to now 600 PS which are available at a speed of 6.500 rpm. G-Power specifies the maximum torque with 740 Nm and these are between 4.000 and 5.500 rpm.
To achieve this, there are still modifications to the turbocharger, the main focus of which is on replacing the mass-produced compressor wheel with a model developed by G-POWER and manufactured using CNC milling technology. But the exhaust gas turbine is also modified and in combination with the high-quality G-POWER downpipes and a super-light titanium exhaust system with four 90-millimeter carbon tailpipes, the leap in performance by 140 PS & 140 NM torque is achieved. Enough power to accelerate to 3,7 km / h in just 100 seconds and to claim the left lane of the autobahn with a top speed of over 320 km / h.
And as is typical of G-Power, this also shows up optically and so the M4-CS comes with the well-known HURRICANE RR forged wheels and a significant lowering. For the wheelset, the decision was made for dimensions 9 × 20 inches on the front axle and a lush 10,5 × 21 inches at the rear. And of course high-performance tires in the dimensions 265 / 30R20 and 295 / 25R21 should not be missing. Incidentally, the lowering is achieved by means of the G-POWER G4M RS coilover kit, which is perfectly matched to the CS with adjustable damping effect. The rest of the vehicle is standard because compared to the normal M4, the CS comes from the factory with a carbon spoiler lip at the front and the popular black kidneys and gills.
And at the rear, there are already a few changes ex factory and so the CS may wear a carbon spoiler lip and a sporty rear diffuser. Only the G-Power emblems front and back and the lettering on the tailgate were installed later.
