He will be an absolute blast! Ford has planned to complete the Mustang series 2018 or 2019 with a top model. And how could that work differently than with a Shelby GT500? Equipped with an 700 PS strong V8 he should be the strongest Ford ever. He would even have more power than the new one Ford GT which brings it to 656 hp. And it definitely makes sense because the die-hard fans are eagerly waiting for a real new edition of the legendary Ford Mustang Shelby GT500! If everything fits then it should be ready by the end of this year or the beginning of 2019.

Of course, you keep yourself covered. But Ford has spit out a few key data for the Mustang Shelby GT500. As already mentioned, it should produce over 700 hp, it should get a supercharged V8 and adequately represent the first GT500 from 1967 (350 hp). Ford shot the teaser video for the new Shelby GT 500, which is included below, and it is supposed to sweeten the waiting time. In the video you can see how the original 1967 GT 500 sheds and mutates into the new 2018 Shelby GT 500. This comes in the video with black aluminum rims and flaming tailpipes and a sporty rear diffuser can also be seen.
It continues with a fixed rear spoiler as well as a striking front apron and a bonnet with a large power dome. It goes without saying that the well-known insignia of power are not missing and so the Ford emblems are replaced by Shelby logos and this should also happen in the interior. And again we received a teaser picture of the Shelby GT500 of the Mustang series 2019. The over 700 hp bullet will not only advance to the most powerful Ford of all time, but also probably the most visually extreme. We still have to wait until the New York Auto Show in ten days (March 30th to April 9th). The pictures show that the front section of the heir to the throne in particular is being redesigned. A huge radiator grille, the cobra as a brand emblem and striking air intakes characterize the front. We are curious ...
