Compared to the angular predecessor GLK, the GLC (internal name: X 253) from Mercedes-Benz clearly gained in dynamism and elegance, as we find. And of course this is particularly true of the elegant coupé (C 253) of the compact SUV series from Stuttgart. And especially of course for the AMG GLC 63 S, which sprints from 3,8 to 0 in just 100 seconds and is even poaching in the world of super sports cars and even gets on the AMG GT's skin. And with the in-house plug-and-play power module from Sportservice Lorinser, the output of the V8 BiTurbo (M 177 DE 40 AL) can even be increased significantly. The tuner helps the "S" top model from the former 510 PS (375 kW) and 700 Nm to a powerful 591 PS (434 kW) and 826 Nm of torque. And of course the significant increase in performance is also available for the GLC with a standard body and also for the 476 PS & 650 NM strong AMG model without "S" in the name.

In addition, other SUV engine variants with diesel or petrol engines can also get a performance upgrade from Lorinser on request. The one-piece rim exudes a lot of dynamism and optically fills the wheel arches optimally. The aluminum wheel, which is available in either hypersilver or black, is fairly self-confident but in no way overly striking as we find. Currently we can not imagine a Mercedes-Benz model on which the Lorinser LM2R does not fit. We would particularly like to see the new A-Class, the C-Class Sedan and also a V-Class on the LM2R. And the Lorinser tuning package on the GLC is perfectly rounded off with optional exterior mirror shells in real carbon.
