Discreet - 582 PS Lorsiner Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S Coupe

Reading time 4 Min.

Subtly - 582 PS Lorsiner Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S Coupe

Compared to the angular predecessor GLK, the GLC (internal name: X 253) from Mercedes-Benz clearly gained in dynamism and elegance, as we find. And of course this is particularly true of the elegant coupé (C 253) of the compact SUV series from Stuttgart. And especially of course for the AMG GLC 63 S, which sprints from 3,8 to 0 in just 100 seconds and is even poaching in the world of super sports cars and even gets on the AMG GT's skin. And with the in-house plug-and-play power module from Sportservice Lorinser, the output of the V8 BiTurbo (M 177 DE 40 AL) can even be increased significantly. The tuner helps the "S" top model from the former 510 PS (375 kW) and 700 Nm to a powerful 591 PS (434 kW) and 826 Nm of torque. And of course the significant increase in performance is also available for the GLC with a standard body and also for the 476 PS & 650 NM strong AMG model without "S" in the name.

9 x 21 and 10,5 x 21 inches

In addition, other SUV engine variants with diesel or petrol engines can also get a performance upgrade from Lorinser on request. And the recently presented is also available for all engines Alloy wheel LM2R. No matter whether GLC SUV or GLC Coupe and regardless of whether it is the GLC 200 or the addressed 63 AMG as the top model of the series. The retro look aluminum rim always fits as we find it. And it can currently be seen on a coupé version in chic white. Lorinser installs the LM2R here on the front axle in size 9 x 21 inches and in the back there are even mighty 10,5 x 21 inch formats. The flat design of the cast rim is reminiscent of the successful era of a W140, W124 or the popular Mercedes 190E. And incredible 30 years later, the soft shapes with the large central surface and the slight curvature as well as the short indicated double spokes are still an absolute eye-catcher.

one-piece rim for the GLC series

The one-piece rim exudes a lot of dynamism and optically fills the wheel arches optimally. The aluminum wheel, which is available in either hypersilver or black, is fairly self-confident but in no way overly striking as we find. Currently we can not imagine a Mercedes-Benz model on which the Lorinser LM2R does not fit. We would particularly like to see the new A-Class, the C-Class Sedan and also a V-Class on the LM2R. And the Lorinser tuning package on the GLC is perfectly rounded off with optional exterior mirror shells in real carbon. If we receive timely information on further changes, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed if you simply use ours Feed subscribe to.
