2021 Alpina B4 S Biturbo (G22) widebody by tuning blog

Reading time 4 Min.

Yesterday we have ours 2020 BMW M4 Coupe (G82) widebody tries to give a virtual view of what the new top model of the BMW G22-4 series could look like. And of course our M4 got the hotly debated large double kidney grille that stretches across the front at full height and gives the 4 Series a powerful appearance. And what will an Alpina B4 based on the G22 coupe look like? Certainly not like the vehicle you see here! After all, the basis for a 4-series coupe from Buchloe would not be the aggressive M4, but the more delicate coupe without M-style. An Alpina does not need a widebody kit, no extreme spoiler and certainly no roaring sports exhaust system. For decades, the manufacturer has been convincing with subtle changes and a lot of understatement and that Alpina B4 S Biturbo Edition 99 Coupe is the ultimate example of how Alpina imagines a modified 4 Series.

And like an Alpina with the new design line by Adrian van Hooydonk (Head of BMW Group Design) looks with huge kidneys, that has the beautiful 2020 B7 xDrive (BMW G11 / G12 LCI) already shown. And we are now showing you what a widened M4 could look like if it were equipped with the typical Alpina ingredients. We wrapped our coupé in the typical alpine green metallic and treated the front with a chrome-plated kidney instead of the black version. In addition, of course, a typical Alpina wheelset with filigree spokes and the golden lettering, which can optionally be ordered by Alpina, were not missing. An Alpina lettering is therefore on the front apron, there is the classic decor on the sides and a gold B4 emblem is shown at the rear.

Widebody kit on an Alpina? Never!

Instead of the BMW brand logo on the front and rear, we have given the vehicle the Alpina emblems. A feature that Alpina also does NOT use, but we have always liked. Our B4 based on the G82 Coupe is, compared to yesterday's vehicle, otherwise unchanged. He has the extreme body kit with the widened fenders, there was the powerful diffuser at the rear and the front apron is from ours virtual M department. Definitely, this vehicle will never be available from Alpina, but you will probably be able to dream again. Of course, if we receive "real information" about a modified BMW 4 Series Coupe (G22) from Alpina, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed of this if you simply use ours Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
