Niels van Roij Design is currently working on a new project – a Targa conversion on one 1987 Ferrari Testarossa 12-cylinder. The original vehicle, the legendary one Testarossa coupe, which was first presented at the Paris Auto Show in 1984, served as the basis for the transformation. Actually not designed as a Targa Niels van Roij Design accepted the challenge Targa concept to be seamlessly integrated into the existing design of the classic. The “Red Head GT Targa” is characterized by its open design. The Targa conversion combines classic looks with modern solutions and is intended to be a “distinctive driving experience“ create, the “captures the essence of the original and at the same time enables a new dimension of open-air driving pleasure".
