We have already seen a few converted vehicles with electrical engineering. Whether it's the whole fleet of Zelectric Motors or is it just a few tags like this RWB 911er or this one Audi S5, But a classic BMW E30 convertible was not there yet. This is changing with this snow white painted 1992er E30 325i by Jon Volk. The six-cylinder flew out of hand and from now on, the Munich convertible is powered by a Tesla Model S P85D drive unit. Of course everything had to be rebuilt by hand but the result seems to be successful. Up to the socket in the kidneys, the conversion seems very professional and only the, in our opinion, a little poor Chevy Volt battery unit with 32 kilowatt hours would like to be replaced by a stronger. On the channel of Tesla Bimmer you will find countless videos about this project.
Of course that had not been the case. Our tuning magazine has tens of thousands more tuning reports in stock. Do you want to see them all? Just click HERE and look around. Or are you especially interested in e-cars? Then the following excerpt is for sure just the right thing.
