Until a good 14 days ago, the team around the tuner "Tuning Empire" from Schenefeld in Germany and a branch in Australia was completely unknown to us. The whole thing then changed to a wonderful one Novitec Lamborghini Huracan and since then we keep checking the website of the tuner. And today we made a new discovery and found a significantly modified BMW 2er Series F22 Coupe. What immediately catches your eye is the Widebody Kit, which has been specially developed and which, if we are properly informed, is the only alternative so far Manhart MH2 400 Bodykit should be. Optically, Tuning Empire chose a less angular version which, in my opinion, doesn't really look worse. As with the Manhart variant, the 2 series received widenings on the bumpers, new fenders, a set of side skirts, thick rear fenders and extensions for the rear bumper. The installed Alpina alloy wheels in an estimated 20 inch format also look good on the F22.
In my opinion, the whole thing tarnishes the long-legged chassis design, which may still be based on the series chassis. If you were to buy a coilover kit for the 2 Series, I think the whole thing would look much more brawny and coherent. Fortunately, if you want that, the door and gate are open in this regard and you can help yourself from dozens of providers. After the clear and very extensive tuning cure that the F22 Coupe was allowed to endure, it is now much wider, more aggressive and more dynamic than the production version. Anyone who is thinking of buying a 2 Series Coupe in the future or already owns one is certainly an interesting starting point for Tuning Empire when it comes to differentiating the vehicle from the production model.
