Without words - huge Forgiato Wheels Alu's on the Ford Mustang GT

Reading time 3 Min.

A good 90% of the time everyone who wants to tune their car comes up with the idea of installing a new set of alloy wheels. Even before an increase in performance by means of chip tuning or lowering, new aluminum rims are statistically the most popular tuning utensil. Understandable because the standard rims are often not necessarily ugly but very much trimmed to mainstream optics and of course not very individual. What could be more obvious than looking around the shelf of Forgiato Wheels to see if there is an alternative to the wheelset installed ex works? The owner of this Ford Mustang GT did just that and swapped the standard rims for a huge Forgiato Wheels wheelset in silver and blue. Of course, we don't have to decide whether the whole thing looks any better than at the factory or is just stupid. But my tendency is clearly in the direction of "extremely idiotic" ...!

Without words - Huge Forgiato Wheels Alu's Ford Mustang GT

No matter, in the end everyone has to know that for themselves! If you take a closer look at the rim selection of Forgiato Wheels then it becomes clear to us why the owner came to the manufacturer from the USA! Forgiato Wheels stands first and foremost for quality, but also has completely crazy designs in stock like hardly any other manufacturer like we did on Dodge Ram 3500 Heavy Duty, the  Stormtrooper Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Widebody or even that Lamborghini Huracan Spyder have seen. I liked them all better than this Mustang, I just have to get rid of that. Regardless, of course we would like to show you the whole thing with some pictures and have therefore decided to introduce you to the Mustang. In addition to the difficult aluminum rims, the Mustang has received a few other modifications that we only know from the photos, unfortunately we have not yet had any technical information.

No matter the main focus of the car is clearly on the already mentioned approx. 24 inch wheelset which, as already mentioned, already misses the standard rims and is certainly not an asset to the GT, at least in terms of performance. I think the car looks neither more dynamic nor sportier. We took a closer look at the car and made a few comparisons with the production version and were able to determine one or the other change to the aluminum. What we have learned directly from Forgiato Wheels and have recognized ourselves, we provide you in a summary as usual below. Should you notice any further changes, we would be happy if you post them in the "comment box", we will add them to the post as soon as possible.

Ps. If you have more tuned vehicles like this one Porsche 911 Turbo S or even one Chevrolet Corvette C7 with Forgiato Wheels just click on the name of the tuner at the photo hint (below the picture)!
