We have just discovered a tuned gray VW Golf MK6 that was not refined by any special tuning company (tuner) but by a private tuning screwdriver whose passion & hobby is clearly dedicated to his Golf 6 and the subject of "tuning". Of course, with such a vehicle there is usually at least one workshop in the background that made the changes, that's clear! But it's just not a standard project that has been given the same accessory manufacturer from the rim to the rear spoiler. On the contrary, with this vehicle in particular, parts from a wide variety of suppliers such as Rotiform, Mcchip-DKR or Votex were installed and that ensures that in the end a car is in front of us that is unique and with such an individual tuning certainly not found a second time is. In addition to the above-mentioned tuning parts, the built-in Airlift Slam Series Kit (Airlift v2) is definitely the highlight for the MK6. Not only that the car can be lowered to the side sills thanks to this system, it can also be raised to an acceptable height so that an appropriate drive is possible. Personally, I like these conversions best because with such conversions the owners can let their thoughts run free and the accessories often have their own work on the body or the interior. Which tuner is still doing the work today and, for example, processes the wheel arches by hand? Often comes a bodykit turn and done! This is different with this car, the personal touch of the owner is reflected down to the last detail and the appealing details like the one installed Platinum Motorsport Body kit gives the golf its unmistakable character! We already know a few details about the modifications to the MK6. What we have learned we have listed below for you in a summary.

Ps. If you want to see even more vehicles made from predominantly privately made hand look into ours Selfmade category!
